Deacon Place is the only student resident apartment within walking distance to campus that promotes and enhances the educational mission of Wake Forest by providing an environment that incorporates the attributes of on-campus living with educational and amenity space. Signet serves as the owner and operator for the project which includes all leasing, management, and residence life functions.
